Meditation Course ~ Bandan

Strengthen your vibrations and protect yourself

Use this technique, called bandan in Sanskrit, before and after meditation or any time you feel you need it. 

The first part helps to raise your kundalini through the central channel and establish your attention at the crown centre - sahasrara chakra. 

The second part places a strong shell of protection around your energetic body so that no external mental, emotional or psychic negativity can disturb your inner peace.
