You will find that practising Complete Yogic Breaths along with ocean sounds is very calming and meditative.
The session will progress as follows:
During the first two minutes of the video there is a guided self enquiry which will help you centre your awareness and get more out of your complete breathing time.
Then, for a full three minutes you are encouraged to breathe in a full and complete way.
After this you are encouraged to cease complete breathing, consolidate your attention, and ground yourself in the present moment.
The video ends with three minutes of ocean sounds where you are invited to dwell in the present moment. If you find your attention drifting simply take another complete breath cycle and see how that helps.
