Why we created Self Nurture Yoga

Modern People lead extremely busy lives, they need to rest, recharge and self nurture.

Unfortunately, for many, it’s common to lead a day to day life that doesn’t allow for any self nurturing practices – there’s simply no time.

With this type of existence, it’s easy to get frazzled, forget who you are, and what you’re truly capable of being.
