Why we created Self Nurture Yoga
Modern People lead extremely busy lives, they need to rest, recharge and self-nurture.
Unfortunately, for many, it’s common to lead a day to day life that doesn’t allow for any self-nurturing practices – there’s simply no time.
With this type of existence, it’s easy to get frazzled, forget who you are, and what you’re truly capable of being.
Everyone knows human beings have innate qualities like wisdom, pure creativity, joy, dynamism, and inner peace.
However, because of all the busy-ness and high levels of stress, it’s becoming more difficult for modern people to attain even a glimpse of this.
To unlock these qualities, it’s necessary to take time out and immerse yourself in a nurturing meditation practice that unbinds you, brings you back to centre and completely clears your mind of unwanted clutter.
We also know, through our own experience, that it can be difficult to meditate if your body is riddled with aches and pains. So we’ve included our favourite physical practices to help you relax, unwind and shed tension.
However, we believe the quickest way to achieve inner peace and deep connectedness is via a very specific & TRULY AMAZING kundalini awakening meditation that we were fortunate to discover and now teach on this site.
