I had very little movement in my sacrum, I was in extreme pain, unable to even do child's pose.

I bought the Gentle Yoga program and I'm I'm a little bit SHOCKED at how much information I received for such little cost! If anyone is keen to get started with gentle yoga, I highly recommend this amazing human being ... he is such a talented soul with a gift for education ... thank you Peter
Helped my healing!
I just wanted to say how timely and helpful it has been for me to find your website and course. I have been teaching yoga for just over a year, coming to it some time ago motivated by back problems. Last week I had a bit of an 'episode', enough to require I down tools for the week and visit the Chiropractor. During the (actually really lovely) time I had there was plenty of space for reflection...hmm synchronicities occurring here perhaps?! Nurture and self care were key themes and not just for me but obviously for those lovely beings I spend time with on the mat each week. So, I landed at your site, and it has been a bit of a gift. I've been enjoying the 30 min routine then adding on one of the 15 min and it has undoubtedly helped my healing and I plan to share it!
I first met Peter in 2004 at the meditation centre he was running in Sydney – it was clear that he had gravity and had lived what he was teaching. His unique approach to yoga is grounded in a deep understanding of philosophy developed from many years of self-practice. In 2007, I left Sydney for the Himalayas where I spent two years deepening my meditation, studying yoga, and learning traditional Indian music. Since then, I’ve attended yoga classes in London, New York, Italy and Australia – Peter is one of the best! I haven’t attended a Relax and Unwind Retreat yet but as soon as there’s a gap in my schedule I’ll be signing up!
I went to the Relax & Unwind Retreat to take time out from my busy life. I felt much more relaxed, happy and calm after the very first day! The course helped me get into the routine of yoga in my daily life and now I find myself using the practices to maintain my inner peace. I connected well with Peter and found his instruction style truely amazing, he is very helpful and has a calming presence. The setting was gorgeous and the length and depth of course was perfect for me. I recommend this retreat to anybody who wants to bring the benefits of yoga into their daily life. If you want to relax, tone up and continue to find happiness within - this retreat is for you. I Loved it, it was life changing!
I find Peter a very easy instructor to listen to and understand. I use the Intro Gentle Yoga video as a simple way to let go of my daily stresses and to alleviate back ache from lengthy periods spent at the desk. It really gives my whole body a good stretch! What is interesting is the feeling of being calm, relaxed and alert. Normally I start to feel tired when I wind down and relax, so this was new for me. What I like about the video is that you can listen to your body and perform the sequences at your own pace. It's shot in a very calming setting and Peter has a soothing voice, you can almost feel yourself in the room with him - like you're on vacation at one of his exotic retreats! The Intro Gentle Yoga video, at 35 minutes, is easy to fit into your day especially when you're time poor like me. Peter and Jules, what a wonderful course you offer, it's great for both beginners and long time yogis like me. I look forward to trying out more of your online classes and incorporating them into my daily life.
